Wholesale FAQ’s

  • Yes — a $75 minimum on all wholesale orders. That's it, no case-pack requirements or per-scent minimums beyond that.

  • Wholesale orders are prepaid by credit or debit card at the time of ordering.

  • Everything is handmade in small batches, so turnaround depends on order size — typically 1-2 weeks for smaller orders, up to 3 weeks for larger ones. We'll confirm an estimated ship date when your order is placed.

  • Shipping is calculated based on order size and weight and added at checkout.

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage, and we'll make it right. Because everything is handmade in small batches, we're unable to accept returns of unsold or slow-moving inventory — outside of shipping damage or defects, all wholesale sales are final.

  • Not at this time — we want North Idaho Tallow Co. available in as many communities as possible.
